ScalaBrix is an early-stage product in public validation. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why. It will be expanded before general availability.

What we collect

• The content you submit — problem statements, answers, and interview responses you send to generate or review designs.
• Generated outputs and sessions — saved so you can revisit them.
• Basic usage metadata — feature used and approximate request counts, to enforce fair-use limits and improve the product.

How we use it

• To generate and review system design content you request.
• To save your sessions so you can return to them.
• To enforce per-user / per-IP usage limits during the free MVP.

Third-party model providers

Generation may use a third-party, OpenAI-compatible model provider. The text you submit is sent to that provider to produce a response. Do not submit confidential, personal, or proprietary information.

Data retention & deletion

Sessions are retained to power the product. To request deletion of your data during the MVP, contact us at privacy@scalabrix.local.
